Review by Tony Lourens

Whenever I start planning a climbing roadtrip, the first thing I reach for is my trusty road atlas. Page through to the areas we want to visit, then trace my finger along main roads, secondary roads and finally mountain roads which lead to our destination. It really is an integral and exciting part of planning the journey, not to mention staying on the right track when actually on the journey.

Just recently Map Studio brought out the 23rd edition of their road atlas. The maps are super detailed, with 46 street maps of important towns, strip routes, large-scale tourist areas, and also useful airport layouts.

Anyone planning a road trip anywhere in the country should get themselves a copy. It will make roadtripping that much easier.
